The twelve usual fields
Name, age, home city, working area, height, build, eyes, hair, languages, availability for couples, year of registration and a rate indication. Almost every Benelux agency uses this set.
It is the same everywhere because these are the questions that otherwise get asked anyway.
Which fields matter
Working area, because it governs travel costs. Languages, because a first appointment consists mostly of talking. The line about couples, because it prevents disappointment. And the year of registration, because it says something about the rate beside it.
Height and build are mentioned most often in requests, which is understandable but says little about the appointment itself.
What an absence means
No rate on the profile means the amount only comes up in conversation. That need not mean anything, but it makes comparison impossible.
No working area means travel costs can become a surprise. No line about couples means it still has to be asked.
