Details

An appointment needs a name, a phone number and an email address, plus an address for a home visit. Nothing beyond that. An agency asking in first contact for a date of birth, an employer or an identity document is asking too much.

Asking what is kept and for how long belongs to the process. An agency without a clear answer does not deserve trust with details that matter.

Why an agency asks for real details

The man driving to an unfamiliar address needs some certainty too. It works both ways, and an agency that asks for nothing is not taking its own people seriously.

Contact

Agencies mostly use the phone and messaging apps. A separate email address keeps correspondence out of a shared inbox. Agencies do not write to a work address unless asked.

Location

A hotel is neutral ground and the most common choice. Home is calmer and saves the cost of a room. In smaller municipalities people more often choose a hotel in the nearest larger city, or someone who does not live in the region.

Paying

Cash leaves the least behind. A transfer shows on a statement with a description agencies normally keep neutral. Anyone unsure can ask in advance.

Warning signs

Advance payment through irreversible methods. A phone number that does not work on the day. An amount that only turns out to be complete on arrival. All three can be spotted beforehand, and the checklist for choosing an agency runs through them.
