Twelve questions that reach agencies in the Benelux most often.
What does an appointment cost in the Netherlands and Flanders?
Usually between five hundred and six hundred and fifty euro for the first two hours, averaging around five hundred and forty, with roughly one hundred and fifty euro per additional hour. Luxembourg runs higher.
Is VAT included in the quoted amount?
At Dutch agencies it generally is, and the amount is all in, with travel costs added separately. Not every agency works that way, so it is worth asking in first contact.
Is there a surcharge for couples?
It varies. Some agencies charge nothing extra and apply the profile rate; others add a couple rate. On a single evening the difference runs into hundreds of euro.
How far ahead should a booking be made?
Two days is usually enough in the Randstad, Antwerp and Ghent. A week is more realistic in the north of the Netherlands, in Wallonia and in Luxembourg.
What should a first message contain?
A name, a phone number, a date or date range, a time, a duration and a location. Nothing more is needed for a first reply. See making an appointment.
Is English widely spoken?
In the Netherlands and Flanders almost universally. Brussels and Wallonia work in French first, and Luxembourg in French, German and Luxembourgish. Profiles list the languages someone actually speaks.
What details does an agency keep?
A name, phone number and email address, plus an address for a home visit. Asking what is kept and for how long is a normal question with a normal answer.
Can payment be made by card?
Rarely. Cash at the start of the appointment is the most common arrangement and bank transfer is usually possible. Paying in advance through a method that cannot be reversed is where to stop.
What happens on cancellation?
Cancelling well ahead usually costs nothing. Within a day, part of the amount often remains due, because the evening was held open. Terms appear in each agency's general conditions.
Are the profiles on dutchgigolo.nl real?

Do agencies mediate in sex?
No. Agencies in the Benelux mediate in time and company and state so in their disclaimers. Whatever consenting adults agree afterwards stands apart from that mediation and from the payment to the agency.
