What changes per country

The Netherlands has the largest supply and the most developed agencies. Belgium splits into a Flemish part that closely resembles the Netherlands and a French speaking part that works differently. Luxembourg has a thin supply and the highest amounts of the three.

What is the same everywhere: agencies mediate in time and company, travel costs stand apart from the rate, and complaints are almost always about a lack of clarity beforehand.
